Ann Ben-Or, born in Belgium, immigrated to Israel in 1990. She currently lives in Netaf and works in Tel Aviv.

She is a graduate of the JSS “Master Class” program (2003), under the guidance of Israel Hershberg.

In her work, she engages in traditional oil painting, occasionally incorporating textile elements. Ben-Or explores the intersection between memory and the present, and the subtle tension between reality and imagination.

Her works have been exhibited in numerous solo and group exhibitions in Israel and abroad (Israel Museum, Ramat Gan Museum, The National Portrait Gallery London, Zemack Gallery, Rothschild Gallery, among others)
